Nabil has held the position of Group CEO of Australia Post Global eCommerce Solutions (APG) since its inception in 2016.
Prior to APG, Nabil held several senior positions at Aramex, a leading global provider of logistics and transportation solutions listed on the Dubai stock market, during a career spanning 16 years. The positions included Finance Director, Managing Director for the United Kingdom and eCommerce Director for Europe. Nabil also led the set-up of the Aramex e-commerce service offering in Europe and North America that provides solutions to a portfolio of the largest global e-commerce merchants.
Nabil is an active member of Australia Post global ecommerce management team and offers an extensive knowledge of the finance, logistics and ecommerce industry.
Nabil holds a Bachelor degree in Accounting and a Masters of Business Administration.
Catherine joined APG eCommerce Solutions in early 2019 bringing with her extensive knowledge in international retail supply chain and logistics. Having spent the past seven years at LBrands (Victoria’s Secret), she has led a team in global expansion into foreign markets across multi -channels, whilst also serving as an international executive committee member focused on strategic planning and implementation. Catherine spent four years prior as the head of Supply Chain in North America for Esprit, developing and delivering a robust cost saving and time sensitive network across the US, Canada and Mexico. At Li and Fung, who are recognized as the world's leader in consumer goods design, development, sourcing and distribution, for four years, Catherine successfully managed the supply chain integration of all new business acquisitions of the company in the US.
Catherine holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from City University of New York. She lives in Manhattan, NY with her family.
Emma has held her position of Global HR Director at APG eCommerce Solutions officially since 2017, however her involvement began back in 2016 when her role of HR Director at Aramex (UK) Limited was combined with her new position at APG. Emma has extensive knowledge in the freight, courier and eCommerce industries working for both DB Schenker and Aramex over the last 20 years. During this time, Emma has utilised the skills she has gained to build a solid foundation to retain and attract key personnel, as people are the key to APG’s success.
Emma is also responsible for Risk & Compliance, Sustainability & Environment and liaising with the relevant Global Legal Teams to ensure full adherence to local legislations in respect of these important issues for APG.
Emma holds a Bachelor Degree in Human Resources and over the years has attended various courses to develop and enhance her skillset.
Tamer Joined APG in May 2019 to develop the IT service offering of the company with the objective of helping APG become the world’s number 1 eCommerce solution provider.
Tamer is an advocate of change, transformation and excellence in service delivery. He worked for aramex for 15 years, designing and building IT solutions for Europe and N. America, as well as managing teams of developers, engineers and IT technicians.
In 2015, Tamer established S9 Technologies, a complete IT solutions provider, with the aim of delivering state of the art IT services, helping small/medium organisations transform IT and grow their wealth through the use of technology. S9 Tech has been a successfully fast growing organisation offering a multitude of services and products to a variety of industries, with main focus on logistics and e-commerce.
Tamer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications and electronics as well as an Executive MBA from Cass Business School in London.

Laetitia Arfi is the Global Sales & Marketing Director for APG eCommerce Solutions. Laetitia joined APG in late 2016 excited by the new venture that she believes will dramatically change the logistic landscape of the ecommerce sector.
Laetitia began her career in France, working for a clinical research organisation where she was responsible for clinical trial outsourcing for the pharmaceutical industry. Her previous experience at Asendia UK, a joint venture between La Poste and SwissPost, and her days at La Poste international head office in France, brought her in-depth knowledge and expertise of the postal and logistic worlds within the ecommerce sector. As Head of ecommerce, then Head of Sales, Laetitia demonstrated her ability to build strong customer relationships on a multi contact level with retailers and key players in the sector.
Laetitia has a dual skill background, holding a Bachelor degree in Science with a major in Biochemistry and a Master degree in Sales and Marketing. She is a mother of two adorable young girls and when not working loves cooking, baking and hosting dinners for her family and friends. Laetitia always finds a good reason to shop online, under the guise of testing the shopper experience of her favourite brands.
